Jiahui International Hospital is the first foreign-funded tertiary general hospital compliant with international standards. Situated in Shanghai’s downtown Xuhui District, the hospital has launched its first phase in October 2017 with 246 of its total 500 beds. Once open, Jiahui International Hospital will have co-branding with its partner Massachusetts General Hospital (Mass General) and have two specialty centers: The Oncology Center and the Women’s Health Center.

Jiahui International Hospital formed a strategic partnership with MGH in 2011 in order to achieve a truly international standard of healthcare service. This partnership includes overall planning, operations management, and clinical research for Jiahui International Hospital. In the future this cooperation will extend to cover training for physicians and nurses, patient care, and oncology medicine and research.The development and construction of Jiahui International Hospital complies with FGI guidelines and JCI standards, meeting LEED Gold Certification. From overall planning to daily operations, Jiahui International Hospital is committed to fostering an environment with personalized care and highly efficient operations.
